1940〜1979

February 1946

Established as“Koromo Iron Works Co., Ltd.”with 1,000,000 yen in capital invested by Toyota Motor Corporation, Kato Iron Works, Co., Ltd. and Koromo Aircraft Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (at presently Jinnaka-cho, Toyota).

November 1959

Renamed to“Toyoda Iron Works Co., Ltd.”

October 1963

Started the operation of Hirokute Plant.

March 1970

Started the operation of Hosoya Plant (presently Honsha Plant).

March 1974

Established a subsidiary“Toyotetsu Real Estate Co., Ltd.”(presently T.S. Service Co., Ltd.).

1980〜1999

October 1985

Started the operation of Sasahara Plant. Completed R&D Center.

Feburuary 1991

Started the operation of Nukata Plant.

August 1991

Increased the capital to 2,223,000,000 yen.

June 1995

Established the first overseas joint-venture company “P.T. Nusa Toyotetsu (NTC)”in Indonesia (and started its operation in April 1996).

October 1995

Established a subsidiary“Toyotetsu America, Inc. (TTAI)”in U.S. (and started its operation in July 1997).

November 1998

Established a joint-venture company“Stanzen Toyotetsu India Pvt. Ltd. (STTI)”in India (and started its operation in November 1999).

November 1999

Established a joint-venture company“Toyotetsu Kyushu Co., Ltd.”in Fukuoka Prefecture (and started its operation in May 2000).

2000〜2009

April 2000

Affiliated Isho Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary.

April 2001

Established a subsidiary“Toyotetsu Otomotiv Parcalari Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. (TTTI)”in Turkey (and started its operation in July 2002).

June 2001

Established the second subsidiary “Toyotetsu Mid America, LLC (TTMA)”in U.S. (and started its operation in December 2002).

April 2003

Established a subsidiary “Tianjin Toyotetsu Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. (TTAP)”in China (and started its operation in January 2004).

August 2004

Established the second subsidiary“Guangzhou Toyotetsu Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. (GTAP)”in China (and started its operation in May 2006).

November 2004

Established the third subsidiary“Toyotetsu Texas, Inc. (TTTX)”in U.S. (and started its operation in November 2006).

December 2004

Established a subsidiary“Toyotetsu Fukuoka Co., Ltd.”in Fukuoka Prefecture (and started its operation in September 2005).

Feburuary 2006

Established a subsidiary“Toyotetsu Canada, Inc. (TTCA)”in Canada.(and started its operation in December 2007).

October 2006

Integrated Toyotetsu Kyushu Co., Ltd. into Toyotetsu Fukuoka Co., Ltd.

January 2009

Established the second subsidiary “Toyotetsu India Auto Parts Private , Ltd (TTID)”in India. (and started its operation in December 2010).

May 2009

TECHNOL EIGHT Co., Ltd. of car press part manufacturing(Seto, Aichi) has joined a member at a Toyotetsu group.

2010〜

September 2010

Established Toyotetsu Tohoku Co., Ltd.(Tome-shi,Miyagi) (and started its operation in December 2011).

May 2012

Established the stamping dies production company“P.T.Nusa Toyotetsu Engineering(NTTE)”in　Indonesia.

Feburuary 2013

The 2nd Plant of NTC begins operations.

June 2013

Established "Toyotetsu (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (TTTH)" in Thailand.(and started its operation in April 2015).

April 2014

Established Fukai Toyotetsu Indiana Corporation.(and started its operation in October 2016)

October 2016

Established “TOYOTETSU DE MEXICO S.A. DE C.V.” in Mexico.(and started its operation in December 2019)

May 2018

Started “AGRICULTUTE R&D CENTER” operation.

Feburuary 2019

Established Y-tec Keylex Toyotetsu Alabama. Inc.(and started its operation in 2021)

November 2019

Affiliated Mitsuya Iron Works Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary.

April 2024

Established Toyotetsu Iwata Co., Ltd.
