Welding Process Setting

While considering the balance between human work such as transporting pressed products and checking the quality of finished products, and the work of robots such as welding,aiming for equipment with the lowest possible cost, we determine the number of robots and the number of processes and the size of the entire facility.

Off-line teaching

Off-line teaching refers to the creation of a program for the movement of a welding robot on 3D data, and then putting the created program into the robot after the equipment is completed.
In the past, programs were created while actually operating the robot after the equipment was completed, but offline teaching can increase the efficiency of work because the program can be created when the equipment is not completed.
